When Design Makes Things Happen: A Year After Women’s March

It’s been one year since we had the privilege to join a scrappy group of volunteers tasked with designing the Women’s March identity. Today, Fast Co. Design released “The Two-Week Race To Design The Biggest Protest In U.S. History” — a detailed glimpse inside the two-week design sprint we’ll never forget.

Though a movement will not live or die by the quality of its branding, as Twitter user @AyeshaAmbreen notes, “a quick, unmistakable hit of instant recognition can make a major difference in how its message spreads.” It’s a history we’re honored to be a part of.
